Now, don’t get me wrong, we accept our portion of blame – we should be more proactive at informing clients of the new services, methodologies, consumer engagement tools we have available – but the reality is clients often don’t have the time or inclination to spare 1/4 hour to listen & learn about what else we can offer; if it’s not relevant to the here & now or the project they are currently engrossed in, we rarely get a reply to such requests.

But what they miss out on is the wealth of experience & knowledge Launchpad Research has from working with numerous other clients across a variety of categories.
