Research Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within our team, you, as a Market Research Manager, will be serving as the primary client contact in all phases of market research projects and leading business development initiatives.

Using your strong analytical & communication skills, you will lead & deliver projects focusing mostly on consumer, shopper and product research to ensure FMCG clients are given clear and actionable insights. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who is ready to:

Discuss strategic business problems related to our clients and prepare proposals to best answer their business questions

  • Consult with our client’s market research and marketing functions to help them make the best decisions possible by giving clear and actionable recommendations

  • Be hands-on in the execution & delivery of projects, with the support of Project, Field and Data departments

  • Support the development of the business through effective account management, identifying opportunities within existing clients in addition to pitching to new clients

  • Be involved in internal taskforces for the identification and exploration of emerging research technologies and techniques and improving current processes & services

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS


The ideal candidate will have prior market research experience on the supplier or agency side, a strong understanding of quant, qual and research digital tools. More specifically we’re looking for someone with the following profile:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience within market research

  • A proven track record of turning complex business issues into simple and actionable recommendations

  • Strong technical, analytical & communication skills, and a passion for learning new qualitiative & quantitative research methodologies

  • Moderation of qualitative research & workshops both digital & face to face

  • Experience presenting results in front of senior audiences

  • Entrepreneurial and pro-active attitude

  • Past hands-on experiences executing blended methodologies is a must for this position
