Step 1

Download & Install Cisco Webex Meetings for the App Store

Step 1

Check your inbox for an email from ….@Launchpadresearch.com.  Open the email.

Step 2

Click the Join button within the email

Step 3

Click Join Meeting

Step 4

Enter the meeting number stated in the email invitation.
If prompted, enter your First Name Only and your email address

Step 5

Enable the camera and microphone buttons; they should both be grey. If they are red, click each button to enable.

Always select ‘user Internet for Audio’

Click the Join Meeting button and wait to be admitted into the meeting.
