The Method
A themed creative qualitative approach that adopts an informal café culture scene.
This methodology incorporates a café theme, and encourages participants to utilise props to capture key insights at the end of 3 x 30 minute round table discussions. The session comprised of a starter, main course & dessert…!
The Outcome
The creative approach generated richer debate and ideas amongst participants. This agile method yielded a greater volume of suggestions for improvement compared to more traditional methods.
The output was a graphical representation with rich verbatim, reflecting the themed approach adopted during the sessions.
